K'Gar comes from an alternate universe from a small planet in a one star system. Biaxian's were genetically created from a mix of animal DNA and human DNA. It started out as an experiment, they were contained in a large biosphere but a planet wide natural disaster killed off the entire human population. The large complex that housed the experiment was the only thing that survived the disaster.
The humans left inside the biosphere realized that the Biaxian's were going to take over as the dominate species on the planet.
So they kept going on with the experiment allowing the Biaxian's to grow and develope their minds as well as increasing their abilities. The humans made sure that the Biaxians knew all about how they came to be so that the humans wouldn't be considered gods.
After the last humans died the Biaxians dedicated the biosphere to them.
Thousands of years later the Biaxians made their way to the stars. Unfortunatly this caught the attention of the Grayans. A race of beings bent on distruction of any race not of their own.
the Grayans and the Biaxians faught for hundreds of years.
The Biaxians scientists created ways for the soldiers to be enhanced and they finaly began to turn the tide of the war. Until the Grayans seeing the futility in the war decided that takeing the planet and the destroying the Biaxians was a lost cause.
So they used the planet destroyer and blew up the planet.
Most of the population escaped the planets distruction with the help of the elite soldiers enhanced by the Biaxian scientists.
K'Gar was one of the soldiers that volenteered to stay behind to give them a chance to escape.

As K'Gar flew his fighter in the path of a Grayan fighter that was chasing down an escaping ship full of Biaxians. The two fighters colided.
The last thing K'Gar saw was a bright flash of white light then he was standing in a clearing on a small planet with two suns.
